Rich Bradfield - rich.bradfield@mrboulder.com Rich Bradfield is a wireless marketing and sales veteran with experience in RF, Wireless Data, Cellular Data, Wireless Voice and Paging. Earlier in his career he built and sold a chain of retail wireless stores that were highly regarded for their service and support. He also has experience working in a corporate environment holding positions in finance and systems development at American Airlines and at NeXT Computer. He was a commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps and earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Metropolitan State College of Denver. Rich began recruiting in 1993. Rich's focus is on serving the RF and Wireless industry with constant communication with engineers, executives, managers, sales people and other leaders within the industry.  Rich is a member of the IEEE. 

Richard Woodcock - richard.woodcock@mrboulder.com  Richard Woodcock joined MR Boulder in 2007.  Richard has an extensive background in working with people from his tenure in the UK domestic banking sector with Abbey plc as a producer and manager.  He moved to Boulder in 2005, giving up placid water canoeing for the more challenging experiences available in Colorado.

Jason Shirley - jason.shirley@mrboulder.com Jason brings over seven years of staffing experience, including four years recruiting with a primary focus on executive level placements, to the MR Boulder team. His experience has primarily been in the fields of Engineering, IT, Senior Sales, and Sales Management.   He has particular expertise with clients in the Aerospace, Enterprise Software, and IT Services Industries, although he feels learning about other arenas is both challenging and fun.  As an "Executive Search Consultant" Jason sees his daily work responsibility is to place highly qualified professionals into better jobs with better companies, 100% of the time.  He selects the clients he works with carefully and then matches the right candidate for them with great care.

Matt Berean - matthew.berean@mrboulder.com Matt Berean is the administrative and research assistant for MR Boulder. He has a background in pharmaceutical and brokerage IT project management. Matt also has extensive experience as a collegiate athletics coach and recruiter. Matt’s interests include staying active and growing his Rolfing practice in Boulder.
